Update.....I finally after 4 months, received an email from a compliance officer at Origami Owl asking me to send my original email cancelling as an independent designer. Just so you know, I had originally sent 7 emails requesting to cancel, sent a hard copy by mail and also left several messages on voicemail.

They have the nerve to ask me to send yet another email ???? In a separate email, the same compliance officer states...'you are cancelled' and proceeds to send me all of the "new" policy & procedures telling me what I can't do since resigning....this just keeps getting better and better...for ANYONE considering selling for this company...think TWICE....the customer support does NOT exist !!

This is a horribly run start up company with a 17 year old Founder...HELLO ??????????? :grin

DO NOT JOIN ORIGAMI OWL AS AN INDEPENDENT DESIGNER. THIS IS A LOW CLASS, POORLY RUN COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OFFER THE SUPPORT AS PROMISED.

THEY DELIVER A POOR PRODUCT AND ENCOURAGE STAY AT HOME MOMS TO JOIN THIS PYRAMID SCAM. I RESIGNED AFTER ONLY A MONTH OF BUGGING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BUY THIS STUFF. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE "NEST" FOR 90 DAYS NOW AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS, CALLS, AND LETTERS.

I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES.....FOR THE 6TH TIME.....THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT $9.95 EACH MONTH......DO NOT JOIN AND DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS....THEY ARE FULL OF LIES, LIES, LIES !!!! THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE ALL THE INVENTORY AND PARTY DECORATIONS AND YOU WILL NOT RECOUP YOUR MONEY...THEY PREY ON YOUNG STAY AT HOME MOMS...CALLING THEM MAMA...IT IS RIDICULOUS.....

Monetary Loss: $1200.

All of you that support Origami Owl have no clue how Origami Owl ruins other peoples lives on their lies and copying other peoples works. In due time the truth will come out.

The elections are in 2016 so after it settles down and nothing going on in the world they will be exposed to the world.

Why the world you ask? Because they made it world wide!

Do you really think they care about one designer leaving. Origami Owl's compliance officer is a monkey for the company.

All they do is harass everyone as the person is the monkey month and has no clue who he/she is working for. The truth is that Origami Owl are frauds and they only want your money.

They will not stop unless you all stop buying their copied products. If you do not know the truth you have no back up to comment

i am only a customer but have found the products very awesome and great quality!Bella and her mom have changed lives! i respect and believe in everything they do!!

I would have blocked them from accessing my checking account when they took first starting taking funds out. I also would have reversed the funds the shady Origami Owl scammers accessed from my account without my permission and knowledge.

Shame on them.

None of this is true

I've made my fair share of money from joining this company. Guess you just don't know how to sell.

No, I'm not a mom. Learn your place.

Chrissy got this idea of charms and locket from china.. she made up a story about her daughter, if you read articles and news you will see how their stories change.

she is a crazy lunatic who is after money. Nothing but money on her mind... if this means using your kids as a bait... FYI if she loved the company so much why would she sell her shares of the company?!?!?!?

yup a year ago she sold 50% of her shares....

trust me!! this lady is making money off of *** americans like you!!

I am a new designer (about a month), had my first jewelry bar at over $500 and had a very hard time processing payments and closing it because it occurred at the time of the system upgrade, for which I received no prior warning. There was no way for me to order the hostess exclusive items which I earned since my jewelry bar was over $500 and two of my orders were short items with no explanation and my customers were charged for all items...even those not received.

I have made numerous calls to "The Nest" and been on hold for up to two hours at a time only to be disconnected, emailed several times and gotten no response. My "mentor" has not been helpful and everything I see posted by designers on various OO Facebook pages sounds like they are brainwashed to keep repeating that everything is for the best with no empathy for those of us who are having problems and can't reach customer service. They seriously sound like "Stepford Wives." I have orders that are incomplete and I don't know what to tell my customers as to why some of their items were not received or how to get them refunded for those items. This is completely unacceptable and no way to do business.

I don't know what else to do except report the company to the Better Business Bureau. So sad because I really do like the jewelry.

Ca4niagrl, I am a Team Leader (designer #10493) and have been selling with O2 since Jan of 2013, and the circumstances and the changes with our system upgrade took us all off guard, even my director was not prepared and has been on hold for hours on our team members' behalf. I am so sorry to hear your mentor has not been of help.

If she can't or does not know how to assist you, go to the next up in line to your team leader, senior team leader, or director. If they seem unsympathetic, PLEASE contact me via my email (my Screenname on this site @***.com). We are all in this together, and I am reaching out to assist you, regardless of who your team or leadership is! I do know from some others on my team that the Company execs feel awful for the designers experiencing these issues and they are going above and beyond to correct the problems and get the product to the customers.

If you need me to call and stay on hold myself on your behalf, I will!

This is how strongly I believe in Origami Owl and the principles the company was founded on. Please, please contact me if you continue to have problems resolving this!

I adore Origami Owl! I love being a Designer, and the customer service team has been wonderful each & every time I've needed assistance.

In fact, they always go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience for me and my clients and to resolve any issues promptly. I am a Stay at Home Mom, and I certainly don't feel like they take advantage of SAHMs. This is a wonderful opportunity to make some extra income while being able to be home with small children. Of course, you get out of it what you put into it.

I love that the company was founded by a young girl. You may be interested to know that she is attending college right now and interning in her own company. That was her choice. She could have just taken it over, but she is choosing to learn the business from the ground up while continuing her formal education.

I think that's admirable. Just because you had one negative experience does not mean the company is bad, that it's a scam, or anything else really. It just means that you're showing quite a bit of emotional immaturity and taking it out on the company.

In the future, you may want to try putting any kind of autodraft on a credit card so that you can cancel it so much easier when you want it to stop. That's always a good decision.

I have had no issues with Origami owl. I am a designer and I have not been on hold more than 5 minutes and they immediately address my problem and fix it right away.

Origami Owl is a great way for me to earn extra money as a college student. This company is great and anyone who works for them is extremely helpful.
