I bough a locet from my co-worker and the rhine stones keep falling out. I spend quite some $$$.

There was 100% guarantee when I purchased. It is sad that none of the facts were genuine.

Mkes no sense to have a word max limit. Dissappointed customer {{Redacted}}

This seems to be completely untrue. O2 has a 90 day warranty and most good designers are willing to help out beyond that.

Have you attempted to get a refund or replacement or is it outside the time frame? Your “monetary loss” is obviously completely untrue as you only stated the locket to have an issue. I’ve been with the company 5 years and had very few problems.

They always honor their guarantee. Whining on a review rather than getting an exchange or replacement is not constructive.
