ordered on Dec 1- forgot to get order number, never received confirmation in email, called every number on website for a week and finally on Saturday, Dec 7- i contacted someone that gave me order number, asked for my email again.I told them that my debit card had been charged already where wasthe item.
She told me that it takes 3-4days after receiving order request, then shipped, please allow 3-4 more days. Today is Dec 11, still no locket. I hve tried emailing,but each time site asks for a designer number, which I do not have, I ordered on line, so I put in customer order, it reverts back to designer number before email can be sent. I spent $97.00.
Does anybody have their company address.I'm about to go to Better Business Bureau.
