ordered on Dec 1- forgot to get order number, never received confirmation in email, called every number on website for a week and finally on Saturday, Dec 7- i contacted someone that gave me order number, asked for my email again. I told them that my debit card had been charged already where wasthe item.
She told me that it takes 3-4days after receiving order request, then shipped, please allow 3-4 more days. Today is Dec 11, still no locket. I hve tried emailing,but each time site asks for a designer number, which I do not have, I ordered on line, so I put in customer order, it reverts back to designer number before email can be sent. I spent $97.00.
Does anybody have their company address. I'm about to go to Better Business Bureau.
